Postage
All goods sent to UK destinations will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and incur a postage charge of £3.00.
If you wish to have your items posted via special delivery, this service can be provided for a cost of £5.00
The cost of postage to all non-UK destinations will be given with the confirmation invoice.
Returns
In accordance with the distance selling
regulations, any item can be returned (except custom made) within seven
days of receipt provided it has not be used and is in its original
packaging.
Please note, the cost and safe return of all goods is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment
Payments can be made by debit
or credit card via the PayPal Credit Card Processing Service using the link on your confirmation invoice that will be emailed to you once you have submitted the order form. This process is very straight forward and
extremely secure. You do not need to have or set up a PayPal
account to use this service. You can also pay by UK cheque and goods will be sent as soon as funds have cleared.
